Consignment Guidelines - Effective 10/1/2010
Consignment items my be dropped off Tuesday - Friday between 11 am and 5 pm by appointment only.
Please call within 3 days to check for any items not accepted for consignment - Unaccepted items not picked up within 1 week of drop off will be donated without notice to the consignor.
Guidelines
* Apparel items must be of current style (purchased within the last 2 yrs) and in "Like-New" condition.
* Items must be freshly laundered or dry cleaned - No items smelling of cigarette smoke or with animal hair.
* Items must have brand and size labels.
* Items must have working zippers and no missing buttons.
* Games and toys must have all pieces.
* Items requiring batteries must have working batteries.
* Plates/dishes must be in complete sets - No odd pieces.
Any items left at Willow Creek Trading Co. that do not meet our guidelines will be discarded immediately, WITHOUT Notice to the consignor.

Willow Creek Trading Co. assumes NO LIABILITY for the loss, damage or destruction of any item consigned.
Consignors receive 50% of the selling price. Payments for sold merchandise will be made at the consignor's request ONCE a month. Checks can be mailed to the consignor for a $1.00 fee. A bank fee of $25.00 will be charged for re-issuing of lost consignment checks.

You may use any credit in your account for store purchases at any time. However, you will NOT be allowed to run a negative balance.
The consignment period is 90 days beginning 7 days after your items are dropped off. It is the consignor's responsibility to contact Willow Creek withing1 week of the end of the consignment period to arrange an appointment to collect unsold items. The consignor will be responsible for pulling any unsold items from the sales floor, a Willow Creek employee will then remove the tags and remove the unsold items from the computer system.
Items left on the sales floor after 105 days will become property of Willow Creek Trading Co. and will be donated to a local charity.
Consignor's will be charged a $1.00 fee per item picked up prior to 80 days. This fee covers the cost of tags, ink, etc.
There will be a $0.50 per item fee for all items that Willow Creek has to remove from the sales floor at the end of the consignment period.
Any fees will be deducted from the consignor's credit
