Consignment Policy
** All Pricing/Discounting is at the discretion of Willow Creek Trading Co and is based on Condition of item as well as Customer Demand and Space Availability **
1. Fifty percent (50%) of selling price is retained by Willow Creek Trading Co.
2. Willow Creek Trading Co. assumes NO LIABILITY for loss, damage or destruction of consigned items.
3. All items must be CLEAN & FREE of Odor, Stains Holes, Animal Hair or Excessive Wear.
4. Battery Operated items must have working batteries installed. Toys/Games must be packaged with ALL pieces.
5. Plates/Dishes must be in COMPLETE SETS.
6. Furniture and household items must be structurally sound, with minimal wear and not altered from the original design or intended use.
***Any items left at Willow Creek Trading Co. that do not meet the stated requirements will be discarded without notice to the consignor***
7. Items will be consigned for a period of 90 days. Consignor must give two (2) days notice before picking up items.
8. Items picked-up prior to the end the 90 period are subject to a $15.00 service fee.
9. Items will be discarded 7 days after the end of the consignment period if not picked up.
10. Consignment Checks are issued monthly after the 1St for the Prior month - Any payments not picked up will simply roll over to next month - You may use your credit for store purchases anytime.
